Terms of Service
Last updated May 25, 2026
By using WALL-E (at wall-e.miiso.dev), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they include important information about your rights and obligations. WALL-E is a product of miiso.dev. You also agree to the Privacy Policy, which includes our analytics practices.
The service
WALL-E is a web application that provides curated still and live wallpapers for personal use on your devices. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and the wallpapers you download for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your account
WALL-E uses your shared miiso.dev account — you can sign in with email and password, with Google, or with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). Each account is for one person — please do not share credentials.
Credits & payments
- WALL-E uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. One credit unlocks one wallpaper download (or one wallpaper inside a collection ZIP).
- Credit packs are sold through our payment partner Polar (polar.sh). Once a payment succeeds, credits are added to your balance automatically.
- Credits never expire while your account is active and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Re-downloading a wallpaper you have already paid for does not spend a new credit.
- All sales are final. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for duplicate purchases or technical failures — contact legal@miiso.dev within 14 days.
Content & intellectual property
All wallpapers, logos and software are owned by WALL-E / miiso.dev or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use downloaded wallpapers as backgrounds on your personal devices and in private creative work. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or use them for commercial purposes (including NFTs, training datasets or merchandise) without our prior written permission.
Collections & public profiles
You may curate wallpapers into collections and publish them to your public profile at /u/your-username. By publishing a collection you grant other WALL-E users the right to view it. You can unpublish or delete collections at any time.
User conduct
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download the library, attempt to bypass the credit system, reverse engineer the app, attempt to access non-public APIs, use the service to violate any law, or impersonate another person on your public profile.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALL-E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using WALL-E and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited on account deletion or termination for cause.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, where miiso.dev is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
